About Me
Mike Luce has nearly 20 years of experience developing market insights for some of the world's leading consumer brands, including Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, and General Mills, and retailers, such as Wal-Mart and Kroger. Mike co-founded High Yield Insights, a boutique consumer and market research provider, to bring the level of insight demanded by such clients to understanding today's (and tomorrow's) cannabis consumers.
Leveraging his deep expertise in consumer attitudes and shopper behavior, pricing and promotions, and advanced analytics, Mike has developed and implemented solutions for clients in the design, marketing, distribution, and retailing of fast-moving consumer goods.
Before co-founding High Yield Insights, Mike led multi-million dollar insights engagements with Fortune 100 consumer goods companies as the client-integrated leader of IRI's Strategic Analytics division, where he honed his expertise in advanced analytics and data mining, and machine learning applications for the industry. Earlier, Mike led the foodservice supply and distribution business development unit for Gladson, a leading provider of digital asset and product data management tools for sales, marketing, e-content, and supply chain needs.
Mike got his footing in market research entrepreneurship for Mintel, where he led the creation of the company's food & beverage emerging trends business unit. Mike was responsible for developing the division's research, product management, marketing, and sales. Mike began his career in the consumer insights industry as Director of Client Development/Services for Market Track, a global business intelligence solutions provider, where he was responsible for managing a global team of sales and support personnel.see less
