She began her career with SLU in 2007 serving as a Financial Coordinator for the College of Education and Public Service. In 2016, Stacy accepted a position as Program Manager in the Boeing Institute of International Business in SLU’s Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business. In 2018, Stacy joined the School for Professional Studies as a Program Coordinator and in 2020 was appointed Program Director for the Cannabis Science and Operations Certificate program. CBD and CBD research hits home for her personally and she believes in the powerful healing effects of CBD and medicinal marijuana for both pets and humans.
As a daughter of SLU, Stacy believes in the Jesuit mission of educating the whole person – mind, body, heart and spirit. She states, “If one person’s life can be changed for the better with the help of CBD or medicinal marijuana then we are truly living out the Jesuit mission. That is the whole point, to leave someone better off than you found them. With industry experts teaching our students and providing cutting edge knowledge and research, that is exactly what we plan to do.”see less
