At the Management & Director level, Brandon has over 15 years of experience in business services & technology. Currently, he is a Principal Consultant and Director of Organizational Training & Development for Bear Cognition, a leading provider of actionable intelligence whose mission is to simplify the increasingly complex world of data & analytics through our innovative Software with a Service (SwaS™) model. Formerly, he was Director of IT for the largest independent affiliate of Worldwide Express, a $4.6 billion company in North America - now #4 Largest Freight Broker & #14 Logistics firm.
Brandon is leading efforts in providing actionable business intelligence products to associations, organizations, & businesses of all sizes, bringing "Analytics for All." In conjunction with Bear Cognition University, he is emphasizing the improvement of individuals and groups through the use of customized learning solutions as part of our Organizational Training & Development offerings.
