I am an attorney that recently transitioned to alternative dispute resolution. This includes working as an Ombudsman (independent designated neutral), where I work with individuals and groups in an organization to explore and assist them in determining options to help resolve conflicts, problematic issues or concerns. I also bring systemic concerns to the attention of the organization for resolution.
