At the age of 18yo I was arrested and charged with 8 felonious felonies for possession, distribution, paraphernalia, and no tax stamp for marijuana.
In 2002 I was sentenced to the Kansas Department of Corrections and forced to complete a drug therapeutic community program. During this time I was sexually assaulted by staff and inmates, mentally abused, and forced to wear a toilet seat around my neck. In 2008 I attempted to have my felonies fully expunged but the Dickinson County attorney refused to expunge my first case 00CR439 without cause until a new county attorney was put in place and the felonies were finally expunged in October 2021.
