About Me
I was born in IL, lived in WI for many years where this field is highly frowned upon. My work history has been mainly large scale manufacturing from being the grunt all the way to Operations Manager. A lot of this experience transitions very well into cultivation as SOPs, Continuous Improvement, & streamlining processes are put in place to maintain QC, efficiency throughout, & ultimately producing more with less. Cultivation just has an over all happier workforce and environment which is one reason for the jump. My wife Vanessa(co-founder) owned and operated a dispensary previously in San Francisco as well as placed 3rd in the cannabis cup in the emerald Triangle. Her passion rubbed off on me & I always enjoyed smoking but had to hide it due to the region I resided. For hobbies I used to race road courses in the Midwest with my old R1, nowadays I spend my days racing & wrestling my 2 children until I'm worn out and they're ready to keep going...see less
