My skill sets: entrepreneur, leader, sales, marketing, supply-chain, chain of custody, logistics, cannabis, transportation.
I am an award-winning and seasoned leader, business owner, and experienced problem solver with the ability to steer change and transform organizations.
Armed with a tremendous amount of knowledge and a vast network of connections, I distinguish my companies by being at the forefront of cannabis and connecting the dots for my clients.
Having recognized cannabis as the next frontier, I founded MOST Consulting Group – which focuses on strategy, marketing, advertising, and design for the cannabis industry.
I founded Diamond Courier- same day, time-critical delivery service. I found it at my dining room table with four people. I quickly realized that we needed to offer more inclusive service offerings. So I changed the name to Diamond Transportation Group. I was probably the first one to do that in my industry because I saw the coming of warehousing and distribution and knew that courier margins would decrease. I opened up several warehouses up and down the east coast and provided trucking, pick-pack-ship, and a variety of other services to our clients. From our humble beginnings, we grew to 12 locations and became a multi-million dollar company. With my expertise in transportation, this year I founded Scarlet Express, a state-approved, closed-loop delivery service that provides discreet, secure, and expert cannabis supply chain management in every state.
