I represent small business owners, especially in the legal cannabis space, on corporate issues such as entity formation, fundraising and equity arrangements. I also help small business owners with employment and succession planning issues.
I love the cannabis industry and strive to be a partner to my clients in identifying and navigating risk to their business.
I'm in Minnesota and am looking forward to hopefully seeing us legalize in 2023!
