Low THC oil for Georgia project
Returning to Georgia, where he once was a horticulturalist for the state,
Dr. Bedore will be providing his expertise as a cannabis informant and
thought leader. On November 9, Dr. Bedore will be meeting with Mark
Osenga, a volunteer group leader who works as an advocate for and
consultant to Georgian hospice patients, families and caregivers. The
objective of the meeting is to begin the formation of a statewide
Caregiver recruitment, training and compensation program.
“Being in the hospice business for over two decades, I’ve seen
first-hand how addicting and potentially harmful pharmaceuticals can be,”
said Osenga. “While there are unquestioned benefits to prescribed
medicines, it is long-overdue in our state to offer cannabis solutions. The
research conducted by Dr. Bedore and the test results of Full Spectrum Omega
offer much hope that, properly administered, medicinal cannabis-based
products can be a healthier alternative for a great many maladies as well as
offer a significant improvement to palliative care and quality of life.”
